Effective date: October 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how I Venue LA (“I Venue LA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.ivenuela.com, contact us, or ask about booking our venue.
Who we are
I Venue LA is a private event venue located at 250 S. Glendale Ave., Glendale, CA 91205, USA. You can reach us by phone at (818) 836-0917 or through the form on our Contact page.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you send a message through our contact form we collect your full name, phone number, email address and anything you write in your message. If you call us or book an event, we also keep the details needed to plan and host it, such as the event date, type of event and number of guests.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting, security and analytics tools record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the time of your visit and the page that referred you to us.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and respond to booking requests.
- To plan, confirm and host the events you book with us.
- To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
- To protect the website and our forms against spam, fraud and abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics
Our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your choice at any time in its settings. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site secure and remember your cookie preferences.
We measure website traffic with Matomo and SlimStat Analytics. Both run on servers managed by us or by our web agency, and the statistics are used only to understand how the site is used. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
Service providers
We share information only with companies that help us run this website, and only as far as they need it to do their work:
- our website hosting, maintenance and support partners (see Site Credits);
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website and runs the Turnstile check that keeps bots out of our contact form;
- Google, which provides the map on our Contact page and the fonts used on the site;
- Skynet Technologies, which provides the accessibility widget shown on the site.
These providers may process technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or when it is needed to protect our rights, our guests or our property.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiries and booking records for as long as needed to answer you, host your event and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics and security logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted or anonymized.
How we protect information
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, a firewall, bot and login protection, restricted administrator access and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct their personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom also have rights of access, portability, restriction and objection, and the right to complain to their data protection authority.
To make a request, call us at (818) 836-0917 or write to us through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults who are planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
